Job summary

MG Greenhills - Service Department seeks a Registered Mechanical Engineer to lead the Service Department, support the Service Manager, and promote the company image with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires at least 3 years of automotive service experience, preferably as a service advisor or parts man, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications and strong letter writing ability are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department and targets.
• Ensure 100% KPI achievement and monitor required reports and forms.
• Analyze market penetration and strategize improvements.
• Monitor and ensure timely reporting and form submission by staff.
• Visit corporate accounts and insurers to promote goodwill and company image.
• Guide subordinates to achieve KPIs and professional development.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by manufacturers and management.
• Understand the service/maintenance cycle for each client and apply it.
