Responsibilities

• Promote company image and drive KPI achievement for after-sales.
• Analyze potential market and strategize market penetration.
• Ensure reports and forms from Service Department are accurately completed.
• Assist and guide subordinates to achieve KPIs.
• Lead by example and participate in meetings and training as required by manufacturers and management.
