Job summary

Quezon Avenue - Service Department is seeking a Registered Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of automotive service experience to join the Service Department. A valid Driver's license and excellent customer service are essential. The position involves assisting the Service Manager, achieving KPIs, and developing marketing plans

Qualifications

• Registered Mechanical Engineer with auto service experience.
• At least 3 years experience as service advisor or parts man.
• Understands service process.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented; Requires Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department and targets; promote company image.
• Ensure KPI achievement; analyze market penetration and submit deadline reports.
• Maintain and review reports: DPR KPI, QC checklist, Comeback Reports and related forms.
• Study competition and benchmark outstanding operations policies/procedures.
• Create marketing plans to increase productivity, revenues, and profits.
• Monitor results of programs to determine success and countermeasures.
• Guide subordinates to achieve KPIs and standards.
• Visit corporate accounts, insurers, and key clients to promote goodwill and company image.
• Coordinate training needs with DDMO/HRAD; attend required meetings and trainings.
• Understand the Service/Maintenance cycle for each client; monitor appointments and no-shows.
