Aufgaben

• Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department and targets, promoting company image.
• Ensure KPI achievement and monitor reports and deadlines for the Service Department.
• Review and track service-related reports, plans and efficiency metrics to improve operations.
• Develop and monitor marketing plans to increase productivity, revenues, and profits.
• Visit corporate accounts and insurance companies to promote goodwill and the company image.
• Coordinate with HR/DMO for training needs and participate in meetings/trainings.
