Job summary

ANC+ Group of Companies is seeking a qualified Registered Mechanical Engineer to lead after-sales service operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on achieving KPI targets for service and parts, developing staff, and maintaining strong dealer relationships.

The incumbent will analyze market potential, plan programs to raise productivity and revenue, ensure SOP compliance, and guide subordinates to meet KPIs while staying current with technical updates and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of automotive service experience as service advisor or parts man
• Understands the service process and can write business letters or emails
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Possesses a valid Driver's License and solid computer skills

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability through target achievement and development of qualified personnel
• Achieve 100% KPI for after-sales (parts and service)
• Analyze market potential and strategize market penetration
• Ensure accurate completion and submission of service department reports and forms
• Study competition and benchmark operations policies
• Create marketing plans to increase productivity, revenues, and profit
• Evaluate program success and develop countermeasures
• Guide subordinates to achieve KPIs and participate in performance evaluations
• Keep updated with technical bulletins, new products, and manufacturer announcements
• Ensure compliant handling/disposal of waste and maintain good cross-department relations
• Attend manufacturer and management-required meetings and training
• Prepare well-planned business plans and provide coaching as needed
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and maintain punctual attendance
• Lead by example and drive discipline and consultation as required

• Maintains harmonious relationships with other departments, distributors, and other dealers.
• Attends meetings and training are required by the Manufacturers and by the Management.
• Prepares a well-planned, well-organized, and sensible business plan.
  Exercises administrative functions such as employee discipline and provide consultation and counseling if necessary.
• Observes and implements Company policies, rules and regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures.
