Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Registered Mechanical Engineer or related graduate with at least 3 years in automotive service as a service advisor or parts man.

The candidate will drive after-sales growth, ensure KPI achievement, and maintain strong internal/external relationships. The role requires proficiency with computer applications, excellent communication, and the ability to draft professional letters and emails.

Responsibilities

• Growth and profitability through target achievement and development of quality personnel.
• Achieve 100% KPI for after-sales (parts and service).
• Analyze potential market and strategize market penetration.
• Ensure reports and forms from Service Department are accurately completed and submitted.
• Study competition and benchmark outstanding operations policies and procedures.
• Create marketing plans to increase productivity, revenues, and profit.
• Evaluate success of marketing programs and develop countermeasures.
• Assist and guide subordinates to achieve KPIs.
• Participate in performance evaluation of all Service and Parts personnel.
• Keep abreast with technical bulletins, new products, and manufacturer announcements.
• Ensure proper handling/disposal of waste in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain harmonious relationships with other departments, distributors, and dealers.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; follow SOPs.
• Prepare well-planned business plans; exercise administrative duties.

• Creates well-thought marketing plans and programs to increase productivity, revenues, and profit.
• Determines success/failure of implemented marketing programs for future reference and to develop countermeasures.
• Assist and guides subordinates to achieve KPIs.
• Participates in performance evaluation of ALL Service and Parts personnel accurately and objectively.
• Keeps oneself abreast with current technical bulletins/updates, new products, and announcements for the manufacturers.
• Ensures proper handling/disposal of waste products in compliance with government regulations.
• Maintains harmonious relationships with other departments, distributors, and other dealers.
• Attends meetings and training are required by the Manufacturers and by the Management.
• Prepares a well-planned, well-organized, and sensible business plan.
  Exercises administrative functions such as employee discipline and provide consultation and counseling if necessary.
• Observes and implements Company policies, rules and regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Attendance (promptness and presence at work) is outstanding.
