Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Mechanical Engineering license or registration.
• At least 3 years automotive service experience as service advisor or parts man.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Ability to write business letters and emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department and achieving targets.
• Promote the company image and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure KPI achievement and monitor reports and submission deadlines.
• Develop marketing plans and programs to increase productivity, revenues, and profits.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of staff and provide guidance to reach KPIs.
• Visit corporate accounts and key clients to foster goodwill.
