Job summary

WESTCON GROUP PHILIPPINES is seeking a Cisco-focused Pre-Sales Specialist in Makati to provide architecture guidance and support for service creation. You will design and demonstrate Cisco-powered solutions, run POCs, coordinate product certification, security testing, and troubleshoot complex scenarios with TAC when needed.

Qualifications

• CCNP & CCNA certification required with in-depth knowledge and technical skills in Enterprise Network, Security DataCentre and Unified Communication
• Experience of working with channel partner & service providers
• 3-5 years related experience in Enterprise Networking (Routing and Switching), Security
• SDWAN, Wireless, ASA, etc.
• Good training and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Require technical Pre-Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide Cisco architecture technical advice and support for service creation activities through design and schematics
• Project manage the design and implementation of the services, POCs/demos, certification by SP Standards and security testing
• Support pre-sales activities including product information, BOM creation, presentation and enablement
• Drive showcase setups for Cisco-powered services and upcoming Cisco solutions
• Develop and manage the Cisco Product Menu for BOM and pricing
• Conduct technical training in person and remotely to SP personnel
• Assist Sales teams with technical pre-sales questions and accompany them to meetings as a resource
