Job summary

WESTCON GROUP PHILIPPINES is looking for a Quote Specialist in Manila to provide technical quote support across technologies and products. You will answer phone and email inquiries, assist Tier 2 resellers with solutions, and generate accurate quotations within SLAs while maintaining high service standards.

Role requires networking knowledge, a related degree, and a proactive mindset to educate clients and explore up-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in data communications or networking desirable.
• Willingness to move into Pre-Sales Consultant role.
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
• Excellent administration and time management.
• Strong phone and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply margin and uplift calculations.
• General computer literacy.
• SAP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• First contact via phone and email for technical quote enquiries.
• Support Tier 2 resellers with basic technical solutions.
• Generate and provide quotations within SLAs with accuracy.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on best solutions and collateral.
• Escalate concerns promptly.
• Identify up-sell opportunities with quotations.
• Proactively follow up on enquiries.
• Attend product training and achieve certifications.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
