Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or similar technical advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technology solutions, systems integration, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience presenting technical solutions to C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop tailored technology solutions that align with client business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions and needs assessments with clients to understand their technical and business challenges.
• Create comprehensive solution documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to clients and stakeholders, articulating technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner.
• Collaborate with sales teams throughout the pre-sales cycle to support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Work alongside implementation and delivery teams during the post-sales phase to ensure successful solution deployment and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the sales team in overcoming client objections and addressing technical concerns.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure solutions remain competitive and innovative.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development of solution templates, methodologies, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and consistency.
