Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of quoting experience or Cisco product experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional customer service through fast quote turn-around and high ticket volumes.
• First point of contact via phone and email for customer pricing and product inquiries.
• Build Bill of Materials in Cisco CCW Tool based on research and product knowledge.
• Process licensing renewals and complex subscription requests.
• Stay current through continued learning.
