Job summary

SM City Marilao is seeking a Customer Experience Crew member to support daily cinema operations and drive sales by guiding visitors, taking orders and ensuring a safe, first-class service experience.

You will greet guests, manage food service, usher audiences, check tickets and coordinate with the team for bulk orders, events, and special screenings while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Completed Senior High School and/or at least 2 years in college.
• Customer-service oriented and with good communication skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and holiday and on shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely, high-quality food service.
• Prepare and assemble food items, monitor inventory, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Usher guests, check tickets, enforce house rules, and ensure audience safety.
• Coordinate with team on bulk orders, block screenings, and events for smooth service.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and career growth.
