SM City Marilao is seeking a Customer Experience Crew member to support daily cinema operations and drive sales by guiding visitors, taking orders and ensuring a safe, first-class service experience.

You will greet guests, manage food service, usher audiences, check tickets and coordinate with the team for bulk orders, events, and special screenings while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Opportunities for growth are available.

Formación

• Completed Senior High School and/or at least 2 years in college.
• Customer-service oriented and with good communication skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and holiday and on shifting schedule.

Position description

The position supports the daily operations of SM Cinema and contributes in driving the sales through engaging visitors, assisting in selecting and handling customer purchases. Also, it is leading the customer on their way to the venue with the assurance of safety and first-class customer service experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality food service.
• Prepares and assembles food items, monitors inventory, and maintains cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
• Assists in cinema operations by ushering guests, checking tickets, enforcing house rules, and ensuring audience safety and comfort.
• Coordinates with team members on bulk orders, block screenings, and special events to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Engages in continuous learning and development to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.
