Job summary

TTEC Bacolod is seeking a Chat Technical Support Representative to provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms. This onsite role offers an opportunity to help customers via chat, email, or other digital channels while delivering exceptional service.

You will handle login issues, password resets, account configurations, and basic troubleshooting, with escalation to specialist teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
• Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience but not required, BPO experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical concerns and guide customers through solutions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through chat, email, or other digital channels
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams
