Job summary

TTEC Bacolod is seeking a Chat Technical Support Representative to provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, guide customers through solutions, and deliver an excellent customer experience via chat, email, or other digital channels.

Qualifications

• Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
• Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience is not required, BPO experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with email-related concerns such as login issues, password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex technical issues involving webmail, email clients, and account configurations.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with clear and professional communication.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams.
