Job summary

Recruitify_HR hires Online Assistants for its Hotel Reservation team in the Philippines. This non-voice role supports customers through chat and email for bookings, changes and inquiries.

You will handle inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide up-to-date information on room availability and pricing while ensuring professional, written customer service and updating internal reservation systems accordingly.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (K-12 or Old Curriculum).
• Minimum of 6 months BPO or relevant customer service experience (non-voice experience preferred).
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in computer use and typing.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules (weekends off).

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel reservation inquiries, booking confirmations, and cancellations through chat and email.
• Provide accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and policies.
• Ensure high-quality customer service in all written interactions.
• Record and update customer information and reservation details in internal systems.
• Follow all company guidelines for quality and compliance.
