Private Advertiser is seeking a Career Support Associate to help job seekers and employers by coordinating interviews and matching candidates to roles for successful placements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or a high school diploma with 3+ years of experience, plus 2+ years in contact center/customer care and strong Account Management expertise. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of contact center or customer care experience.
• Strong experience in Account Management.
• 1 year of tenure per employer within the past 2 years.
• 1 year of solid sales experience in a US RPO environment.
• 6+ months of volume or seasonal recruitment (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to manage stakeholder needs and support placements.
• Clear, confident English communication with a neutral accent suitable for US-based clients and candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of professional experience.

• At least 2 years of contact center or customer care experience.

• Must have strong experience in Account Management.

• 1 year of tenure per employer within the past 2 years.

• 1 year of solid sales experience in a US RPO environment.

• 6+ months of experience in volume or seasonal recruitment (preferred).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholder needs and support successful placements.

• Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls, build rapport quickly, and maintain engaging conversations.

• Strong multitasking skills across calls, systems, and candidate/client records.
