Job summary

Pulse Connect is seeking a Customer Support Associate (Voice) to deliver exceptional service by handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers, and resolving inquiries with professionalism from its Pasig, Metro Manila office.

You will document interactions, adhere to quality standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet performance metrics. Onsite role with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Atleast High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite
