Pulse Connect is seeking a Customer Support Associate (Voice) to provide exceptional service by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive experience while meeting quality standards.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone, and can document interactions accurately in our system.

Formación

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable handling calls and basic computer navigation.
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite
