Job summary

Cindys Bakery and Restaurant is seeking a Business Manager to drive growth by identifying opportunities and forming strategic partnerships. You will support expansion and profitability, working closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure objectives are met.

The role requires overseeing field activities, building a network of partners, and delivering reports on development progress while aiming to enhance sales and market presence regionally.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related or food service course.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in food service, restaurant, retail, or bakery is an advantage.
• Resident of South Manila or CALABARZON.
• Strong knowledge of business development, market research, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Willing to work long hours and travel.
• Can drive 4-wheel and 2-wheel vehicles with at least a valid non-professional driver's license.
• Team player, self-starter, and results-oriented.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, initiative, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and customer needs.
• Identify potential locations, markets, partnerships, and opportunities for expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Assist in evaluating potential locations based on market potential, accessibility, and profitability.
• Develop business proposals, presentations, and recommendations for management review.
• Monitor business development activities and track progress toward targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance and other departments in implementing initiatives.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
• Monitor performance of development projects and recommend improvements.
• Represent Cindys Bakery and Restaurant in meetings, negotiations, and activities.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and opportunities.
• Build and maintain a network of potential partners and contacts.
• Prepare regular reports regarding business development activities and results.
• Ensure business development aligns with company policies, standards, and objectives.
