Cindys Bakery and Restaurant is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver programs that elevate employee knowledge, skills, and performance. You will lead onboarding and assess learning needs across branches.

The role requires strong public speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and learning platforms. Travel to different Cindys branches may be required, with a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Communication, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years in Training, Teaching, or Instructional Design.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
• Able to adapt to new learning platforms and systems.
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel or conduct training sessions at different branches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training programs, workshops, and sessions for employees.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Assess training needs and recommend programs.
• Prepare training modules, presentations, activities, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging trainings using effective teaching techniques.
• Monitor participation, attendance, and completion of trainings.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and feedback.
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify needs.
• Improve existing programs based on feedback and requirements.
