Job summary

Classic Baker Corporation is seeking an Area Coach to oversee multiple Cindys Bakery and Restaurant branches in the assigned area. You will ensure stores meet standards in sales, operations, customer service, people management, and overall business performance.

You will coach Store Managers, monitor KPIs, and travel regularly to branches to implement improvements, ensure compliance, and drive profitability. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in restaurant, food service, retail, or multi-store operations.
• Experience supervising multiple branches preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized with ability to manage several branches and priorities.
• Willing to travel and visit branches regularly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

About the role

The Area Coach is responsible for overseeing and supporting the operations of multiple Cindys Bakery and Restaurant branches within an assigned area. The position ensures that all stores consistently meet company standards in sales, operations, customer service, people management, and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of assigned Cindys Bakery and Restaurant branches.
• Monitor sales, operational performance, expenses, and other key performance indicators of assigned stores.
• Ensure that all branches consistently follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits, inspections, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Coach, guide, and develop Store Managers and other store personnel to improve individual and team performance.
• Work closely with Store Managers in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and improving store profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory management, product availability, wastage, and proper handling of company assets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, security, and other company standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate action plans to improve store performance.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or multi-store operations.
• Preferably with experience in supervising or managing multiple branches.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Results-oriented with strong business and customer service awareness.
