Job summary

Creativents PH is seeking a Business Development and Strategy Manager to drive growth in events and experiential marketing. You will work with clients and cross-functional teams to craft strategic, creative, and executable solutions that align with client objectives and business goals.

You will identify opportunities, build pitches, and lead negotiations to secure long-term partnerships, while guiding projects from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing Strategy, or related field.
• Ability to generate leads, develop opportunities, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience creating pitch decks, proposals, and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
• Identify opportunities across events, experiential marketing, brand activations, exhibits, and related services.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and existing accounts.
• Translate client briefs into strategic and creative directions.
• Lead development of pitch decks, proposals, and strategic presentations.
• Present and sell ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead client pitches, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop viable solutions.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and commercial proposals.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and form long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities in events and experiential industry.
