Potato Corner is seeking a Business Development Officer to identify and analyze lease opportunities for wireless telecommunications site expansion. The role involves market research, feasibility studies, and preparing investment cases for internal decision-makers.

The candidate should have basic real estate experience, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Fieldwork willingness and a valid driver’s license are advantages for managing a specific geographic area.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct strategic market scanning and identify high-potential retail trade areas aligned with the brand’s expansion strategy.
• Provide qualified site leads to the Business Development – Real Estate team.
• Prepare detailed location-specific feasibility studies including market demand, customer profile, cannibalization risks, and projected financial performance.
• Analyze sales and operational performance of newly opened and existing stores to generate post-opening reports and actionable insights for site optimization.
• Develop and deliver compelling business cases and presentations for internal decision-makers, potential partners, and high-profile stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and evaluate new business partnership opportunities (e.g., developers, landlords, institutions) that support strategic expansion and brand visibility.

Business Development Officer is responsible foridentifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating lease contracts for, and zoning wireless telecommunications sites. Identify candidates for specific land leases-based customer criteria, owner interest, and jurisdictional Zoning and/or Land Use regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic market scanning and identify high-potential retail trade areas aligned with the brand’s expansion strategy; provide qualified site leads to the Business Development – Real Estate team.
• Support the regular review and update of the country development plan by incorporating market trends, competitor activities, and brand growth priorities.
• Prepare detailed location-specific feasibility studies including market demand, customer profile, cannibalization risks, and projected financial performance.
• Analyze sales and operational performance of newly opened and existing stores to generate post-opening reports and actionable insights for site optimization.
• Develop and deliver compelling business cases and presentations for internal decision-makers, potential partners, and high-profile stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and evaluate new business partnership opportunities (e.g., developers, landlords, institutions) that support strategic expansion and brand visibility.

Work Experience Requirement:

• With basic experience in Real Estate – site assessment, site acquisition, contracts of lease, and negotiation.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to go on fieldwork.
• With active driver’s license is an advantage
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned and manage a particular area of the location.
