Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) Philippines is seeking a Business Development Officer to identify, analyze, and negotiate lease contracts for wireless site expansions, while ensuring compliance with zoning and land-use rules.

You will conduct strategic market scans, prepare location-specific feasibility studies, and develop compelling business cases for internal decision-makers and partners, with willingness to fieldwork and area assignments.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in Real Estate – site assessment, site acquisition, contracts of lease, and negotiation.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to go on fieldwork.
• With active driver’s license is an advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned and manage a particular area.

Responsabilités

• Conduct strategic market scanning and identify high-potential retail trade areas aligned with the brand’s expansion strategy; provide qualified site leads to the Business Development – Real Estate team.
• Support the regular review and update of the country development plan by incorporating market trends, competitor activities, and brand growth priorities.
• Prepare detailed location-specific feasibility studies including market demand, customer profile, cannibalization risks, and projected financial performance.
• Analyze sales and operational performance of newly opened and existing stores to generate post-opening reports and actionable insights for site optimization.
• Develop and deliver compelling business cases and presentations for internal decision-makers, potential partners, and high-profile stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and evaluate new business partnership opportunities (e.g., developers, landlords, institutions) that support strategic expansion and brand visibility.

Business Development Officer is responsible foridentifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating lease contracts for, and zoning wireless telecommunications sites. Identify candidates for specific land leases-based customer criteria, owner interest, and jurisdictional Zoning and/or Land Use regulations.
