• Be our eyes on the ground, conducting site visits and ensuring every location lives up to our standards.
• Scout and assess new property opportunities, turning market data into strategic moves.
• Champion our brand by building and nurturing powerful relationships with developers and landlords.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a senior business development or leadership role, with a track record of success in leasing.
• With large connections to different mall developers like SM, Ayala, and Robinsons nationwide.
• Negotiation skills are required for closing complex deals.
• The ability to inspire and manage a team to consistently exceed targets.
