Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager-Transport & Supply Chain

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement overall business development strategies by identifying, evaluating, and converting new sales opportunities in importation, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.
• Drive market expansion initiatives while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Oversee end-to-end importation and logistics processes, including supplier coordination, order management, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations, tariff requirements, and all applicable importation and logistics laws and standards.
• Lead logistics sales initiatives and work closely with the operations team to successfully onboard, implement, and manage both new and existing client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Importation Management
• With experience in sales in logistic company, is a plus
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Amenable to attending face-to-face interviews
• Can start as soon as possible
