Job summary

A logistics and supply chain service provider is seeking a Business Development Manager in Taguig. The role involves leading business development strategies, establishing client relationships, and overseeing importation and logistics processes. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Importation Management.
• Experience in sales in a logistics company is a plus.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Amenable to attending face-to-face interviews.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new sales opportunities in importation and freight forwarding.
• Establish strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee logistics processes including customs clearance and transportation operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations, tariff requirements, and all applicable importation and logistics laws and standards.
• Lead logistics sales initiatives and work closely with the operations team to successfully onboard, implement, and manage both new and existing client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement overall business development strategies by identifying, evaluating, and converting new sales opportunities in importation, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.
• Drive market expansion initiatives while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Oversee end-to-end importation and logistics processes, including supplier coordination, order management, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations, tariff requirements, and all applicable importation and logistics laws and standards.
• Lead logistics sales initiatives and work closely with the operations team to successfully onboard, implement, and manage both new and existing client accounts.
