Bachelors degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
General: 12 years in crewing, recruitment, or deployment operations, including vessel and principal accreditation processes (DMW, MWO, OWWA, MARINA, DFA, Embassy/Consulate).
Specialized: 35 years in end‑to‑end business development, from client identification to deal closure.
Proficiency in CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Shipboard experience preferred but not required.
