Job summary

VRI Crew in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the global manpower and staffing market. You will own the end-to-end process from lead generation and client engagement to closing partnerships for overseas recruitment services.

Based in Makati, you will identify abroad clients, present tailored proposals, negotiate terms, ensure compliance with labor laws, and coordinate with recruitment and operations to fulfill client needs while tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement
• 1+ years experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in recruitment or staffing)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present proposals based on client needs.
