Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct biddingactivities, evaluates submitted bids, and leads commercial negotiationswith bidders. Handle key categories includingconstruction projects, engineering equipment, preventivemaintenance, and other technical goods and services.
• Prepare contractor selectionrecommendations and manage the contracting process inaccordance with the company's established terms and conditionsfor external providers
• Prepare and manage keyprocurement documents, including tender reports, purchase orders,and notices to proceed, and processes requests for payment inaccordance with established procedure.
• Monitor ordered goods, materials, or services and coordinates with end-users to verify that deliveries are completed as specified.
• Periodically evaluate vendor performanceto ensure compliance with the company's quality standards,performance expectations, and qualification requirements.
• Facilitate the end-to-end tendering process and evaluates contractor billings to ensureaccuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course.
• With at least 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience (Procurement Bidding, TechnicalBuying, Cost Validation)
• Technical Knowledge – Licensed Engineer is preferred
• Excellent attention to details, good negotiation skills, able to identify project's financial &economical risks
