Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as sales, business development, account servicing, or recruitment.
• Experience in overseas recruitment/manpower is a strong advantage, with exposure to international employers and manpower requirements.
• Familiarity with overseas employment processes is a plus but not required.
• Good spoken and written English; confident communication with clients via phone, email, and online meetings.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or any related field.
• sales, business development, account servicing, customer relations, recruitment, or another client-facing role
• Experience in the overseas recruitment/manpower industry will be a strong advantage, particularly candidates with exposure to international employers, foreign principals, manpower requirements, or Philippine overseas recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with DMW/MWO processes and overseas employment regulations is an advantage but not required.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Articulate and confident in communicating with clients through telephone, email, and online meetings.
• Comfortable dealing with business owners, HR professionals, purchasing/procurement personnel, and company representatives.
• Good research and internet skills.
