Asia Resources Mineral Supply Company in Quezon City is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive growth with local clients and international markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and lead strategies to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 5+ years in BD within staffing, recruitment or HR outsourcing, plus a bachelor's degree and strong negotiation and CRM skills. Travel for client meetings is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of Business Development experience in manpower, staffing, recruitment or HR outsourcing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong client acquisition and growing strategic accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong business acumen.
• Experience with Australian, Canadian, UK or international clients is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and activities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor sales performance, prepare business reports, and provide market insights to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
• At least 5 years of Business Development experience in a Manpower, Staffing, Recruitment, Executive Search or HR Outsourcing Industry
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and growing strategic business accounts
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, presentation and relationship management skills
• Highly self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented with strong business acumen.
• Experience working with Australian, Canadian, UK, or other international clients is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM platforms
• Willing to work onsite and travel for client meetings and business development activities as required
