Job summary

Trainocate Philippines is seeking an experienced IT sales professional to lead business development and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise clients. The role focuses on prospecting, setting meetings with decision makers, and guiding a sales team to achieve targets while staying current on cloud, data, and cybersecurity trends.

You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, provide weekly status updates to the Country Manager – Cloud & Non-Cloud, and oversee materials,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of IT sales experience in IT training, tech solutions, cloud/infrastructure/cybersecurity, data/AI, DevOps, or related IT solutions.
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise tech trends including cloud platforms, data technologies, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate organizations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing sales team members.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
