Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our local restaurant network in Pampanga and Tarlac. You will reach out to potential partners, present packages, and negotiate contracts to build a strong regional vendor base.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales, excellent communication in English/Filipino, and willingness to do extensive fieldwork. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding of partners and drive volume

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred.
1–2 years experience in sales, business development, upselling and similar areas.
Good understanding of Sales Pipeline Management.
Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
Open to fresh graduates and internships.
Willing to do extensive fieldwork in Pampanga/Tarlac.
Persuasive and motivated to over-achieve sales targets.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Acquire new restaurants to partner with foodpanda in the region.
Close deals with target restaurants via cold calls, fieldwork, and presentations.
Effectively present foodpanda's packages to vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to incubate new partners.
Exceed sales goals and contribute to regional growth with incentives.
Be the local market representative, monitor competition, and gather feedback.
Provide recommendations to management based on vendor input.
