Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is expanding its local restaurant partnerships in the Philippines. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify and onboard quality vendors, using cold calling and fieldwork to close deals and expand our partner network.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to incubate vendors, monitor market activity, and strive to exceed sales targets. Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred; fieldwork in Quezon City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in sales, business development, upselling or similar roles, preferably with field experience.
• Good understanding of Sales Pipeline Management.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable with English and Filipino.
• Open to fresh graduates; internship sales experience welcome.
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new restaurants to partner with foodpanda.
• Close deals with target restaurants via cold calling, fieldwork and virtual presentations.
• Effectively present foodpanda’s packages to potential vendors.
• Work with other departments to incubate vendors successfully.
• Exceed sales goals; be motivated to drive volume and growth with incentives.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to ensure market share.
• Gather restaurant feedback and provide recommendations to management.
