A leading chemical company in Quezon City is in search of a motivated Sales Representative to develop and execute sales plans. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, delivering product orders, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and previous sales experience, along with a personal motorcycle for fieldwork. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team with a focus on customer engagement and community presence.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4 years business-related course.
• Open for field work with a personal motorcycle.
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Detail-oriented and of high integrity.
• Familiar with Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, and Paranaque.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct flyer distribution and marketing strategies to obtain sales leads.
• Follow-up and set appointments with prospective clients.
• Present product offerings and prepare quotations for clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of product orders.
• Establish client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct demonstrations and provide technical assistance on products.
• Facilitate credit payment documentation for clients.
• Manage collection of payments from clients.
• Maintain and safeguard company-provided motorcycle and equipment.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepares sales plan on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the territory assigned;
2. Prepares and coordinates daily, weekly, and monthly sales accomplishment report;
3. Conducts flyer distribution and other marketing strategies to get sales leads to laundry shops within the territory assigned;
4. Follow-ups/personal visit/set appointments to prospective clients;
5. Undertake presentation of product offerings;
6. Prepare quotation of product offerings;
7. Deliver fast and accurately the product orders of clients;
8. Establish business relationship with clients, and ensure good customer service;
9. Facilitate conduct or personally conduct demonstration or technical assistance on how to use the products and/or serve the order of clients;
10. Facilitate the necessary document requirement for extension of credit payment to client;
11. Ensure collection/personally undertake collection of payments to clients.
12. Undertake the necessary registration, maintenance, and appropriate safekeeping of the motorcycle and other paraphernalia provided by the company;
13. Undertake other duties and responsibilities as directed by immediate superior.
