You will supervise and coach sales personnel, drive performance, ensure target achievement, and support business development while maintaining strong client and partner relationships. The role emphasizes quality customer service, compliance with company standards, and hands-on leadership to optimize loan processing, account generation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years in sales, branch operations, account management, business development, loan processing, or related roles.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in lending, financing, banking, or customer-facing industries is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, adaptable, analytical, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to undertake training in Ortigas, Pasig, or other designated locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch sales operations and hit sales, production, and release targets.
• Lead, coach, and monitor sales associates and staff.
• Implement sales strategies and branch initiatives to boost productivity.
• Monitor applications, approvals, releases, pipelines, and metrics.
• Support client acquisition, field marketing, and referral activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and loan consultants.
• Ensure completeness and quality of loan applications and client requirements.
• Coordinate with departments on account processing and client concerns.
• Handle escalated client concerns with timely resolutions.
• Prepare sales performance reports and identify gaps for action.
