Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Sales Team Leader – Non-Collateral to oversee daily branch sales operations, coach staff, and secure target achievement. You will coordinate loan processing, manage customer service quality, and drive business development while ensuring compliance with policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with other departments, and performance reporting, with training in Ortigas, Pasig, or other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, branch operations, account management, loan processing, or business development.
• Supervisory experience in handling sales personnel or team performance.
• Experience in lending, financing, banking, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, sales, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Associates and branch sales personnel.
• Monitor sales production, applications, approvals, releases, pending accounts, and overall branch performance.
• Implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve branch targets and productivity goals.
• Support client acquisition, business development, referral generation, and partner engagement.
• Monitor loan applications and coordinate account requirements and processing concerns with relevant departments.
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely and professional resolution.
• Identify performance gaps and operational issues and recommend action plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, documentation standards, and data privacy.
• Prepare and submit regular branch sales and performance reports.
