Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market/business potential and in strategy formulation for targets.
• Monitor market conditions and external factors; address threats and capitalize on strengths and opportunities.
• Manage branch profitability by growing business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures.
• Establish strong collaboration with partner units to enable cross-sells.
• Monitor performance vs targets using MIS reports and take corrective actions with the team to close gaps.
• Develop the sales force through coaching, mentoring, and monitoring to maintain high performance.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations, waivers, and special approvals within bank guidelines.
