Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in banking.

• Actively seeks new ways to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market/business potential of the assigned branch and formulate strategies to meet targets.
• Maintain proactive stance regarding industry competition, market conditions, and external factors to maximize strengths and opportunities.
• Manage branch profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures.
• Establish strong synergy with partner units for successful cross-sells.
• Monitor performance vs targets using MIS and drive actions to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, and monitoring.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations within bank guidelines.
