Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience in banking.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to develop and coach sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market/business potential and formulating strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintains a proactive stance about industry competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and maximize opportunities.
• Manages the branch’s overall profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures for a healthy bottom line.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units/groups through active collaboration, enabling successful cross-sell initiatives.
• Monitors and reviews actual performance versus targets using MIS reports to plan actions with the team to close gaps.
• Develops the entire branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, strategizing, and monitoring to produce high-performing sales talents.
• Identifies and endorses customers for credit accommodations, waivers, and special approvals while adhering to bank guidelines to mitigate risks and realize potential income.
