The role requires strategic thinking, collaboration with partner units, and the ability to guide a dynamic sales force in a hyper-competitive banking environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in banking.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Active client portfolio in the assigned location preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proactive in improving efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market potential and formulating strategies to attain targets.
• Maintain a proactive stance on competition, market conditions and external factors.
• Manage branch profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and controlling expenditures.
• Establish synergy with partner units for successful cross-sells.
• Monitor performance vs targets and plan actions with team members to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching and mentoring to retain high performers.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations while adhering to bank guidelines.
