Qualifications

• Actively seeks new ways to work to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market potential for the assigned branch and formulate strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain a proactive stance about competition, market conditions and external factors to maximize opportunities.
• Manage the branch’s overall profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and controlling expenditures for a healthy bottom line.
• Establish strong synergy with partner units through collaborative cross-sell initiatives.
• Monitor performance versus targets using MIS reports and drive actions with the team to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
