You will mentor the branch sales team, monitor performance against targets, and collaborate with Area Head to implement effective market strategies while ensuring risk and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in banking.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Active client portfolio in the assigned location preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market potential and formulating strategies for target attainment.
• Maintain proactive stance on industry competition, market conditions and external factors to address threats and capitalize on opportunities.
• Manage branch profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and controlling expenditures to ensure a healthy bottom line.
• Establish strong synergy with partner units through collaborative cross-selling efforts.
• Monitor performance vs targets using MIS reports and take necessary actions with the team to close gaps.
• Develop the entire branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, strategizing, and monitoring to produce results.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations, waivers, and approvals while adhering to bank guidelines.
