Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in banking.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills with active client portfolio preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Willingness to seek new ways to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in market potential assessment and strategy implementation.
• Monitor competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and seize opportunities.
• Manage branch profitability by growing business and optimizing income while controlling costs.
• Establish cross-unit collaboration to drive successful cross-sells.
• Track performance against targets and coordinate actions with the team to close gaps.
• Develop branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, and monitoring to retain top performers.
• Endorse customers for credit accommodations while adhering to bank guidelines.
