Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in banking.

Responsibilities

• Assist Area Head in determining market potential and formulating strategies to hit targets.
• Maintain a proactive stance on competition, market conditions and external factors.
• Manage branch profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and controlling expenditures.
• Establish strong synergy with partner units for successful cross-sells.
• Monitor performance vs targets using MIS reports and take action to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, and monitoring to retain top talent.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations while following bank guidelines.
