Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market potential and formulating strategies to meet targets.
• Monitor competition, market conditions and external factors to address threats and maximize opportunities.
• Manage branch profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and controlling expenditures.
• Establish strong cross-sell synergy with partner units to drive revenue.
• Review actual performance versus targets using MIS reports and plan actions with the team to close gaps.
• Develop and coach the branch sales force to create and retain high-performing talent.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations following bank guidelines.
