Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the banking industry.
• Active client portfolio in the assigned location is preferred.
• Strong problem- and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Demonstrates initiative to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market/business potential of the assigned branch and in formulating strategies to attain targets.
• Maintain a proactive stance about industry competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and maximize opportunities.
• Manage the branch’s overall profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures.
• Establish strong synergy with partner units to drive cross-sells.
• Monitor and review performance versus targets using MIS, and action plan with the team to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, and monitoring to retain top sales talent.
