Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Head in determining market potential and formulating strategies to meet targets.
• Grow branch profitability by expanding income and controlling expenditures for a healthy bottom line.
• Establish cross-sell synergies with partner units and drive collaboration.
• Monitor performance against targets using MIS reports and address gaps with the team.
• Develop the Branch sales force through coaching and mentoring to retain top performers.
• Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations within bank guidelines.
